For our client, manufacturer of leather goods and footwear components for one of the top international companies, we are recruiting Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
• Warehouse organization (redistribution, admission and removal from the warehouse), coordinated with other responsible departments
• Control of in-house transportation
• Schedule-compliant handover of the consignments to the transport services provider
• Initiating and verifying maintenance
• Control compliance with the prioritization of picking orders
• Performs regular audits: stock accuracy, 5S, but also inventories of merchandise stock
• Perform stock level reconciliation, stock level changes and stock level requests
• Trigger order requests, picking lists
• Compliance with target processes, report deviations, optimization of work processes
• Participation in the processing of complaint reports, planning and implementation of audits and implementation of removal measure
• Managing team - recruiting, developing, motivating

• Very good communication skills and team spirit
• Analytical and determined
• Flexibility, dynamism, tenacity and openness to process improvement
• Very good knowledge of PC / Microsoft office operation (excel, PowerPoint)
• Relevant experience on a similar position
• English language- advanced level
• Working experience in SAP and Warehouse management system is a plus
