For our client, one of the largest 100 automotive suppliers worldwide, with offices in 16 countries, we are recruiting Validation Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct test programmes as directed and in accordance with supplied specifications.
• Record results of tests and report findings and status
• Support root cause analysis where applicable
• Plan workload and test equipment capacity
• Conduct routine maintenance on test and other equipment
• Maintain the record retention system in line with company procedures
• Ensure the laboratory is maintained to a satisfactory level of housekeeping
• Lead or support development of new test methods where needed for new products or requirements
• EHS&Quality: Ensures that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable education
• Knowledge of automotive and industry standards
• Experience of Product and/or Material Testing ( Automotive Testing preferred)
• Sound working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to deal with customers
• English Verbal and written communication skills
• Testing and Validation (PV,DV & AV)
