• Develops and implements the testing strategy based on product test specifications issued by the engineer;
• Makes sure that the time schedule for performing the tests and test scenarios are met;
• Supervises the tests conducted by the team members on individual components or complete products according internal procedures;
• Analyses testing reports and presents the results in management meetings;
• Proposes improvements of the products;
• Put in place the necessary measures following the results obtained;
• Closely collaborate with customers and with internal departments involved in the development process (quality, production, etc).

• Technical University graduate (Electronics and Electrical Engineering);
• Solid background and relevant prior experience;
• Knowledge of High voltages and High electricity;
• Experience in programming and testing electrical boards (PCBA);
• Project management skills combined with excellence in the basic field; Knowledge of testing methodologies and related equipment in electronics;
• Able to understand the requirements of technical documentation and translate them into execution documentation; ability to design all the necessary auxiliary documentation (testing / acceptance plans / procedures, industrialization plans / procedures, etc.);
• Good management of the resources;
• Details oriented and analytical approach
• Fluent written and spoken English, experienced level
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
