• Strategic planning and management of the maintenance department and the machinery improvement department;
• Coordinates the activity of the technical department, provides consultancy and technical advice to the general director in order to make effective decisions regarding the organization;
• Takes action to address issues related to technical performance.
• Coordinates and directs cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Leads the effort to understand the relationship between materials and processes. Promotes discovery through interaction with engineers and others to develop and test hypotheses. Directs the transition of ideas into tangible resources.
• Provides technical consultancy in the choice of constructive solutions regarding the final offers to clients.
• Communicates openly at an international level with colleagues from the group and makes monthly trips to the group's factories in France.

• Relevant experience in coordinating the technical department (in production companies) of at least 4 years
