We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer for certifications/ approvals, specialized and experienced in preparing the technical documentation for certifications and approvals, graduate of technical higher education, with the ability to manage several certification projects, for a multinational production company with a factory in Curtea de Arges.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the test matrixes specific to the devices/components which are under request for compliance with regulations for certification/approval;
• Certification/approvals strategy planning acc. to PEP 3.0 demarche;
• Preparing technical documentation for certifications/approvals;
• Perform the necessary tests for checking the pre-compliance of the devices/components and prepare the test reports following tests;
• Responsible for the execution of tests according to the standards and norms and for the results accuracy specified in the test reports;
• Analyze tests results and propose solutions to solve the problems found after tests;
• Responsible for the correct and timely transmission of information related to the projects he leads to the other departments with responsibilities in carrying out the project;
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information related to the projects;
• Coordination with the 3rd party CB;
• Certifications maintenance (cost savings / standard updates);
• Monitoring the regulatory requirements;
• Efficient use of resources provided.

Requirements:
• Graduate of Technical University (mechanical or electrical);
• Experience in working with 3D CAD software (CATIA skills is an advantage);
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledges;
• Interested on technical items in general
• Experience in plastic processing is an advantage;
• Solid handling of English language, to read the standards and to communicate with underwriters.
