leoHR is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer Production, to join the Quality department team within a multinational production company, with the mission to contribute to the achieving quality goals and customer specific implementation requirements.

Your role will involve:
- contributing to achieving of quality goals and gradual fulfillment of company quality policy
- analyzing information regarding quality and process reliability
- acting as a contact person and company representative for customers
- analyzing information regarding customer complaints
- proposing and coordinating analysis for corrective and preventive actions
- coordinating activities in the area of responsibility, implementing changes and deviations
- participating in continuous improvement process

To accomplish this role, you need:
• Bachelor's Degree in technical field/quality specialization
• Fluent English language skills
• German language knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MSOffice package (especially Excel) and databases
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position
• Experienced in Core Quality tools (8D Problem Solving, SPC, MSA, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA/Control Plan)
• Knowledge about quality management systems, active involvement in internal/external audits (system, process, product, customer audits)
• Availability for airplane travel abroad - min 50% from work time
