• In this position, you will manage a wide variety of projects in the area of new product development;
• In doing so, you will take on the functional leadership of interdisciplinary teams and bear the overall responsibility for achieving the project goals;
• From the development of a business case, the development of a project plan, the presentation of prototypes to the top management to the series launch and analysis of sales figures, you will accompany and control your projects along the company product development process end-to-end;
• In this process, you will ensure consistent, clear and target group-oriented communication all the way to the board of directors;
• You'll be in full control of product cost, as well for the entire budget of the development project;
• Last but not least, you will proactively contribute your know-how to the further development of the project management organization.

• Higher education, preferably technical profile (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, business education) or a comparable qualification;
• Relevant professional experience in project management and in leading interdisciplinary projects in an international environment;
• Knowledge about technological processes will be considered as advantage;
• Advanced English, German can be advantage;
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
