The Program and Development Manager role is for a non-profit organization that promotes the principles of diversity and inclusion in the Romanian business community and supports the development of the Romanian economy, an organization that aims to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including Women, LGBTQ+, Roma, Disabled and other disadvantaged groups and community and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage diversity and inclusion programs.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and secure sponsorships.
• Write grant proposals.
• Build relationships with donors and partners.

• Experience in program management; Experience in fundraising is a plus.
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English.
