• Set the machines parameters in accordance with quality product standards and requirements
• Develop and facilitate improvements to machinery and tools to ensure excellent quality
• Responsible for the alignment to global standards
• Provides in time all the necessary information to production and quality colleagues regarding the operation and functionality of new machines or lines or regarding changes in the working parameters of installations
• Proposes and creates the annual plan to reduce energy consumption and records monthly consumption, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001;
• Responsible for all corrective and preventive maintenance (lead daily activities)
• Responsible to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, including replacing worn parts and checking oil and other fluid levels
• Develops clear strategy on maintenance (e.g. what needs to be outsourced or insourced / In line maintenance)
• Full utilization of Mc Main (TPM)
• Responsible for optimal organization & staffing of the team (including back-up) in light of the needs of production
• Provides input for forecasting and budgeting regarding Maintenance and is responsible for executing the targets
• Responsible for managing the maintenance monthly budget;
• Responsible to support continuous improvement (using Lean and Six Sigma techniques)
• Ensures and manages the spare parts stock for all equipment and installations maintenance;
• Establish and is compliant with all maintenance procedures implemented both at local and global levels.

• University degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering
• 5 years of relevant business experience
• Experience with continuous improvement, research possibilities for increasing production efficiency and product quality;
• Knowledge of Lean and or Six Sigma techniques;
• Relevant experience in using CAD-CAM systems, PLC, PC, CNC CAD-CAM, Robotics
• Knowledge and experience in working with process variability tools (PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram, process Control Plan) - preferable
• Strong computer literacy (spreadsheet skills with the ability to perform complex calculations and modeling)
• Independent, proactive, hands on mentality;
• Customer and results oriented;
• English - advanced level;
• Willing to travel
