• Design and implement company IT strategy and internal policies
• Manage IT Professional Services and Internal IT function: Network and Systems Administration, User Support & Services and IT Security
• Actively support IT product development and Sales IT initiatives and projects
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Build strong and trusting relationships with key players internally and externally;
• Lead the entire IT team and inspire them to be exceptional
• Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness

• 5+ years of IT experience preferably in Telecom, high-tech;
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience on at least one area: Windows / Linux systems administration or IT security, and general experience on the rest of the areas;
• Self-driven, eager to build new things
• Ability to develop specific strategies, goals and tactics
• Results-orientation, strong accountability;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Ability to absorb product knowledge in order to counsel on possible solutions;
• ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) Knowledge.
