Responsibilities

Job Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic HR Generalist to join a multinational company, for one of the two offices in Romania, in Bucharest or Brasov. There are approximately 90 employees in Romania.This role focuses on recruitment, employee development, and HR business partnership, with less emphasis on administrative and payroll tasks (approx. 30% of the time). The ideal candidate will ensure the implementation of efficient HR processes, compliance with local regulations, and high-quality HR service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
• HR Administration:
o Independently manage all HR-related administrative processes.
o Prepare and update HR-related policies and regulations.
o Coordinate time recording and absence management systems.
• Payroll and Compliance:
o Oversee payroll data delivery and liaise with external payroll providers.
o Monitor payslips and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
o Serve as a key contact for legal and regulatory matters in HR.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on hiring for sales roles.
o Support managers in onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Employee Development and Performance:
o Assist in creating performance reviews and development plans.
o Coordinate internal and external training initiatives.
o Act as a trusted partner to managers for HR-related strategic support.
• HR Systems and Reporting:
o Maintain and update HR systems.
o Generate HR reports, lists, and upload relevant data into systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate on international HR projects.
o Coordinate with external HR suppliers.

Required Skills

Education and Skills:
• Degree in HR, legal studies, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluency in Romanian and good written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee development, and HR compliance.
