Responsibilities
Job Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic HR Generalist to join a multinational company, for one of the two offices in Romania, in Brasov or Bucharest. There are approximately 90 employees in Romania. This role focuses on recruitment, employee development, and HR business partnership, with less emphasis on administrative and payroll tasks (approx. 30% of the time). The ideal candidate will ensure the implementation of efficient HR processes, compliance with local regulations, and high-quality HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative tasks concerning all HR relevant processes
• Preparation HR related regulations
• Execution of payroll run
• Administration of time recording & absence management
• Contact person for employees in the above-mentioned topics
• Support of the HR systems
• Creation of reports & lists & HR system uploads
• Recruitments
• Support Managers with onboarding and offboarding
• Support Managers with preparation of JDs
• Support Managers with Performance Review and Development plans
• Collaboration on HR international projects
• Advisory and administration of trainings internal/external
• Key contact person and coordinator for HR suppliers (eg. payroll company, recruitment companies,etc)
Required Skills
• Degree in HR, legal studies, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Fluency in Romanian and good written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
• Experience in recruitment, employee development, and HR compliance.
