• Management reporting, financial and profitability analysis, variance analysis;
• Oversee the execution of the company budget
• Cost control, cost analysis based on contracts, internal procedures, processes and standards;
• Periodical analysis and update of the standard production cost;
• Strategic and business planning
• Support continuous process improvement.
• Act as adviser for both a company's financial department and business leadership
• Finance or accounting degree and extensive experience
• Management and financial modeling experience and skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong quantitative abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Romanian and English.
• Analytical thinking driven
• Ability to innovate and develop creative financial solutions.

• Working schedule: M-F; 08:00 - 17:00
• Working place: Baicoi, Prahova
