Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Planning: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and maximizing revenue.
• Core Sales Activities: Generate new sales, close deals, and expand revenue with existing customers.
• Proactive Sales Activities: Network, attend conferences and events, and partner with brokers to generate new sales leads.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all sales activities and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Area of Work: This role covers 8 locations in Bucharest, comprising office spaces, co-working areas, and meeting spaces available across our 8 buildings in the city

• Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and working with KPIs.
• Proactivity: Ability to manage both reactive and proactive sales leads, demonstrating a self-driven attitude to generate new business opportunities.
• Resilience: Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.
