Trade Marketing Responsible – Traditional Trade

Responsibilities
For one of the strongest brands, recognized both local and internationally for their quality and refinement in the spirits industry, we are recruiting Trade Marketing Responsible - Traditional Trade
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade marketing business plans for products portfolio for the respective channel
Prepare, develop and implement consumer and trade campaigns
Communicate monthly and quarterly to sales team the trade marketing programs that are to be implemented
Monitor market trends, competitors activities and consumer behavior to continuously adapt the internal plans
Develop and maintain in dept understanding of the channel specific drivers of growths and execution tools and competitive landscape, for the respective channel
Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the needs, purchase triggers, purchase barriers
and shopping patterns of each brands target consumer segments
Identify new opportunities and key issues for the local market in the respective channel
Innovate in development of new activation campaign's for Group brands
Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of trade activities implemented
Keep abreast of all laws, regulations and policies that are relevant to our brand equity building in
Romania
Distribution / price / promo - contribute to defining the best fit in between brands & channel profitability in order to maximize the growth, give concrete recommendation on distribution opportunities, price vs competition & promo vs competition
Monthly input and output calendar - own the brand activation calendar, according to channel specificity in line with annual priority brands & quarterly execution priorities
Channel Activation Strategies and Annual Plan
Implement the annual channel calendar at brand level
Define and implement concrete activation tool per growth event in line with shopper and channel specificity in order to maximize the growth
Design and deploy the key execution principles (picture of success) for sales execution
Leverage the cross divisions power to maximize the activation tools give concrete recommendation on cross brands / divisions activation based on priority brands and the profitable growth agenda.
Required Skills
Education: Higher education
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position or Brand management with field activity or Sales in a FMCG / beverage company
Knowledge and experience of the traditional trade channel
Creative, providing solutions based on customer needs
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage budgets
Team player
High attention to details.
Excel advanced level
Driving's license
English is a plus.
