STORE MANAGER – Luxury Jewelry House

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and elegant Store Manager to lead one of the flagship boutiques of a renowned luxury jewelry house.
This role combines the attention to detail of a hotel manager with the operational rhythm and team coordination of a fine dining leader.
The Store Manager ensures an exceptional customer experience, seamless operations, and an inspiring team culture, all while upholding the brand's heritage, aesthetics, and values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Operations
• Oversee daily boutique operations and coordinate the sales, packaging, and reception teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, presentation standards, and operational discipline.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and operational workflows (ERP, CRM).
• Foster a professional, respectful, and performance-driven work environment.
2. Business & Performance
• Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and key retail KPIs.
• Analyze daily performance and implement measures for improvement.
• Propose and execute local commercial actions and loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics: store traffic, average basket value, and customer retention rate.
3. Customer Experience & Loyalty
• Guarantee a premium customer journey aligned with luxury standards.
• Supervise loyalty programs and relationships with VIP clients.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure quick, elegant problem resolution.
• Maintain a refined, welcoming, and exclusive in-store atmosphere.
4. Brand & Image
• Uphold the visual, behavioral, and language standards of the brand.
• Ensure the boutique's look, uniforms, and ambience reflect the luxury identity.
• Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with clients and partners.
• Participate in brand events, product launches, and local activations.
5. Team Development
• Identify training needs and organize learning sessions for the boutique team.
• Ensure a consistent level of knowledge about collections and brand philosophy.
• Provide constructive feedback and support individual growth within the team.
6. Coordination with Head Office
• Communicate daily with the HQ retail management team.
• Implement campaigns, product launches, and new operational procedures.
• Submit weekly performance and activity reports.
• Offer ongoing feedback for internal process improvement.
Required Skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or fine dining management.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong business acumen and goal orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership; treats the boutique as their own business.
• Detail-oriented and structured; thrives in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English; a refined and elegant professional presence.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10:30-19:00 | Saturday: 10:30-18:00 | Sunday: Closed
