Senior Admin and Payroll Specialist - Project Based

- Be the trusted advisor for employees and managers regarding all HR topics;
- Ensure payments' accuracy on monthly basis and ad-hoc;
- Provide accurate reporting according to the monthly calendar and ad hoc requests;
- Work with specific payroll and administration software;
- Manage vendors for all outsourced HR areas;
- Analyze, develop, implement and track procedures and policies.
- 6+ years of HR Generalist/Specialist experience;
- Experience in administration and payroll;
- Ability to lead teams - previous experience is a plus;
- Problem solving skills and analytical capability;
- Excel, database / HR software management - advanced level;
- Excellent English, communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of Romanian employment laws - expert level;
- Reliable person with high trust value;
- Problem solver and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the objectives;
- Hard worker that handles going thru a change management process.
