We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Business Development Specialist based in Romania to join the client team. Our client is a European cosmetics company based in Spain, manufacturers and experts in hair cosmetics, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about business development and eager to grow their career with us.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients in Romania and neighboring Eastern European countries;
• Build a professional relationship with customers and use social media to generate new contacts and opportunities to cultivate each opportunity (Retail as well as with distributors);
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the region;
• Participate in training programs in Spain to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met;
• Regularly travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field;
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level);
• Valid passport and willingness to travel;
• Strong commercial aptitude and a commitment to achieving results;
• No prior sales experience necessary, but a good image and strong commercial vocation are essential.
