Responsibilities

Job Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with clients across Europe and the EMEA region, with the goal of increasing sales for ours client's company. The manager will prospect the market, identify business opportunities, manage the entire sales process, and oversee relationships with other sales agents.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, such as Resellers and distributors, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Prospect and onboard new potential customers and distributors across Europe and the EMEA region.
• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and tailored to specific markets.
• Lead negotiations and finalize agreements for product distribution.
• Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee and guide relationships with other sales agents in the region to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand the brand's reach.
• Report directly to the Business Development Manager on sales performance and market insights.

 

Required Skills

 Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales in the mobile accessories, IT, or telecom industry.
• Proven experience in managing international commercial relationships, with a focus on Europe and EMEA.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Sales and Negotiation Skills:
• Expertise in identifying sales opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts.

 Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (professional proficiency is mandatory). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

 Technical Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the IT and telecom markets, as well as current trends in these sectors.
• Familiarity with the mobile accessories industry is an advantage.

 Willingness to Travel:
• Availability for occasional travel across Europe and EMEA as required by the business.
