• Support in implementation and development of risk management processes on a global level
• Act as an interface to stakeholders like procurement, quality or CSR & sustainability department. Especially, as an internal contact person, you are in close touch with the different global risk coordinators in the Procurement department.
• Support and coordination for the implementation of the ESG (Environmental Social Governance) activities in the international companies from group.
• Help to build up, develop and enforce a global reporting structure
• Continuous screening of information on supplier risks as well as support in preparation, execution and follow-up of measures, workshops and trainings within Sourcing and with suppliers
• The support in organization, processing and documentation of trainings are part of the responsibility, as well as the systematic collection and preparation of data for the yearly reports. Especially, prepare and maintain procedures and documentation
• Coaching of buyers in assessment of supplier risks, derivation of appropriate measures and monitoring of their implementation
• Support to monitor effectiveness of risk management with KPIs
• Act as responsible/administrator for a risk management IT system:
 configure IT system based on new requirements
 maintain master data
 interface/ communication to IT system provider
 user support
 coaching of buyers
 support integration to other systems such as Ariba

• Strong affinity for IT and data, safe handling of numbers and a strong analytical competency
• Good speaking and writing skills in English; German preferable
• Strong communicator, engaging and confident manner
• Strong focus on customer needs
• First experiences with ESG (Environmental Social Governance) respectively CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) are an advantage
