For our client, a financial institution located in the top ten banks in the country, with a national presence of more than 25 years, we recruit Project Manager Portfolio

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies and organizes the project proposals received from all business areas;
• Prioritizes project proposals through building up alternative portfolio scenarios as base for decision making process;
• Brings his/her contribution in setting up the annual budget of the Bank's projects based on internal proposals;
• Coordinates multidisciplinary team drawing up the Business Cases for agreed project proposals;
• Identifies and solves dependencies and conflicts within the bank's projects portfolio;
• Monitors evolution of the Bank's project portfolio and prepares projects portfolio reporting;
• Provides specific support whenever requested and supporting the project management methodology within the Bank;
• Coordinates the evaluation of projects outcome

• Knowledge of the Romanian banking market, products and services
• Relevant banking experience
• Good understanding of project financials
• In depth knowledge of project and project portfolio management standards, methodologies and tools
• Relevant project/project portfolio management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong inter-personal and influencing skills; negotiation skills; experience communicating with all levels in the organization
• Ability to manage critical situations and client relationship
• Problem solving, strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Very good written and oral English skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Visio, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Project Management, Project Portfolio Management, Change Management certification will be considered a plus
