Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
Processing payroll for company's entities;
Supporting HR Operations on statutory certifications and on complex cases in relations with payroll rules and regulation;
Provide calculation/cost estimate on specific data;
On-time release of payment files and/or manual payment schedules;
Reconciliation of Payroll Control Accounts & clearance of balances;
Cash-flow forecasting and supporting the delivery of ad-hoc projects;
Required Skills
Payroll/Accounting/Finance experience 5 to 7 years, GL experience will be a plus;
Experience of multi-country payrolls;
Communicates and collaborates effectively;
MS Office (Excel advanced knowledges);
Basic accounting knowledge;
Adaptability to sustained workload pressure;
Demonstrates resilience when handling challenge;
Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time, often under strict time constraints;
