Responsibilities
For our client, a media company representing two of the best known and most beloved radio stations in Romania, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization's office operations
• Handling incoming calls and other communications;
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases;
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports;
• Organizing meetings and managing databases;
• Booking transport and accommodation;
• Organizing company events;
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries;
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks
• Maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Managing complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Required Skills
• 3 years of administrative/office experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and efficient;
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
