Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities
- Provides HR guidance, analyzes metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and works with management to improve work relationships and productivity;
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
- Take part in the hiring process by identifying top candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts;
- Continuous development of the HR structure (including to create/ implement/ survey/ adapt HR functions and regulations);
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances;
- Provides support to the payroll team with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages;
- Representative to the local authorities for all the HR topics;
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices;
- Suggest new HR strategies;
- Improving relations between staff and employers;
- Engaging with heads of department;
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning;
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
- Create and evaluate training programs.
