HR Administration Specialist

Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our HR Department based in Oradea.
What you'll be doing:
• Offers support to the HR Manager and HR Generalist for daily operations.
• Manages the HR admin tasks.
• Collaborates with the HR department in order to ensure the effective enrollment of all specific processes.
• Offers support for month closing checking.
• Assists the new employee in the hiring process; Operates the personal data changes in the personnel system.
• Prepares various reports and analyses regarding the HR KPIs, salaries and headcount.
Required Skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, min 3 years of overall work experience.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge (SAP)- would be a plus;
• Labor legislation knowledge.
• English language.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and personal initiative.
