Responsibilities
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a person who develops collaboration and partnership with colleagues and clients, has a need to achieve excellent result and create value for himself / herself, the company and clients, has developed communication skills and supports feedback culture, responsibly and efficiently manages his / her behavior, effectively regulates stress, learns quickly and performs efficiently in different situations and circumstances.
KEY WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing, planning, executing and optimizing the overall digital strategy through digital channels:
• Increasing the influence and visibility by creating awareness and a recognizable image of company products, services and innovation through all digital channels (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, applications, websites and other new/future marketing platforms and tools).
• Owning and leading full mix of digital marketing campaigns, setting clear KPIs and working with external designers and media agencies for optimization.
• Ensures the alignment of all local content in digital marketing channels with the values and key messages of the company Group and with the branding and marketing strategies of the Group and its partners.
• Follows the defined standards and continuously monitors innovations in the field of social networks and web advertising in order to improve the digital marketing;
• Monitors and analyses online presence, monitors implementation of digital marketing campaigns, and proposes actions to improve these results.
• Ensures that all digital communication is made in accordance with national legislation on advertising for medicines, food supplements and medical devices.
Content creation and administration of social networks and company website:
• Preparation of social networks strategy, ensures that all content on social networks and applications is aligned with companies' values, branding strategy and key messages, in collaboration with Marketing Manager and Brand Manager.
• Creates new content and review existing one for social networks and applications, ensures community management on social networks.
• Designs in collaboration with external designers and publishes content for online advertising campaigns, designs and writes promotional texts and newsletters for social networks and applications.
• Monitors and analyses the analytics of company social networks and applications, proposes, and implements activities for improved results.
• Create, manages and analyses the content for B2B and B2C websites, ensuring that all website content is aligned with internal values, branding strategy and key messages
Required Skills
• Higher education (minimum bachelor degree)
• Education and professional experience in digital marketing and/or in the position of social media specialist
• Knowledge of brand management and digital marketing, particularly in social media
• Eye for details and understanding how to read media plans
• Excellent creative writing skills, including a very good command of grammar and spelling
• Advanced level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office suite at an advanced level
