Digital & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
• building the brand using the marketing mix (ATL/ BTL/ PR) to secure and improve the position of the radio station on the market
• drafting and managing the marketing budget, as well as coordinating all the activities of the Marketing Department
• taking full ownership of marketing programs, strategic planning and communication
• managing all communication channels and correlating the ads campaigns accordingly
• planning the Calendar for all advertising activities in advance and managing the campaigns from concept to implementation
• developing and implementing campaigns to support the sales efforts and to increase the station audience and reach at national level
• setting and implementing the digital strategy in collaboration with the Digital Consultant
• supervising the execution of all on-air promotional and marketing tactics and coordinating the events of the radio station
• closely cooperating with the Director of Programs and the Market Research Director for the development of research studies and audience studies
• working with teams across the business to generate digital solutions for all media products
• continuously looking for and developing new partnerships with mass-media
• identifying new tools to support and improve the station's solutions
• representing the organisation and managing the relation with the advertising and media agencies and other external partners
• constantly monitoring the market trends as well as competitor actions with the aim of taking all necessary actions to continuously improve the marketing strategy
• measuring the ROI of the digital products
• attending regular meetings to analyse, plan and report all marketing activities and results
Required Skills
• BSc in Marketing, further courses & certifications are welcomed
• a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (including team management) in a marketing related industry (advertising, media etc.)
• mandatory: at least 2-3 years in promotions managing ATL/ BTL/ digital campaigns
• experience in media is a definite plus
• strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure, as well as to set priorities and assign tasks
• proven capacity to define and implement long-term strategies and ongoing tactics
• ability to work with figures and statistics, experience in working with budgets and in managing end-to-end projects
• leadership skills and capacity to motivate the team towards achieving their goals
• highly creative, empathetic, with excellent communication skills
• mandatory: English - advanced
• confident user of MS Office
• driver's licence (B category)
