We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy CFO for Reporting & Controlling with extensive experience in SAP and IFRS. Responsibilities:
• Assist the CFO in managing all aspects of financial reporting and controlling operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations in financial reporting processes.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop strategic management and operational dashboards, based on the objectives of the management's strategic plan and the managers' annual action.
• Lead and manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities.
• Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures to enhance integrity and efficiency in reporting on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
• Prepare and follow up the budget and forecasts processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
• Utilize SAP effectively for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and controlling roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience in using financial software and analytical tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Knowledge at professional level of English (spoken and written).
