Your day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Group Cash Forecast process
• Monitor the semester Cash Flow "landing process" in an accurate manner, timely delivery consolidated report and analysis for management purpose
• Responsible on the cross-team alignment, and final reports
• Bring insightful financial analysis which creates value - demonstrates good judgement, presentational skills and influencing skills
• Capability to build automation modelling to maximize efficiency
• Drive optimization of processes, identify efficiencies and facilitate better decision making as well as detections of opportunities together with the rest of the team while ensuring optimal allocation of the resources
• Ensure Consolidation Team needs, and expectations are met by monitoring the satisfaction level
• Proactively identify and report metrics/ leading indicators to identify any risks/ opportunities to meeting the annual cash targets
2. Group Consolidation Tasks
• Contribute to other Consolidation activities as required by Group Consolidation Head such as:
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Checks on consolidation package
• Specific analysis on IFRS; Pro-forma financial statements; new entities consolidation package preparation and support; etc
• Build strong relationships with the team, counterparts at subsidiary companies within the group, peers, our external auditors, and other 3rd parties with whom we conduct business
• Support to country reporting officers in the different Consolidation reporting processes

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Consolidation,IFRS analysis and Cash-flow process
• Your English is at very good level and you have good skills in French (preferred)
• Rigorous, persistent, autonomous and curious
• Strong Excel skills (database, macro, pivot table, vlookup, etc)
• Knowledge of VBA Excel (macros) and BFC
• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are dynamic and positive, with a proactive mind
• You possess profound interpersonal and communication skills
