- Administration of personnel files from employment to termination of contracts, preparation of all documents and making the necessary records during the execution of the employment contract;
- Data input for payroll (no salary calculation);
- Keep in touch with the departments to request timesheets and check and re-check subsequent changes;
- Ensure data accuracy;
- Handle FNUASS recovery and connection with INS;
- Recurrent reporting.
- University degree;
- 3 years or more of experience in handling HR flows throw HR software;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills;
- Good English and excellent communication skills;
- FNUASS recovery and connection with INS previous experience is a plus;
- Reliable person with high trust value;
- Problem solver and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the objectives;
- Hard worker that handles going thru a change management proces.
- Project based with the opportunity to develop into a long term collaboration.
