Talent Acquisition Specialist with German - Cluj

Location: Cluj

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruiting strategy and ensures alignment with overall strategic plan and goals of the Company
  • Develop strong relationships with internal clients from Germany to fulfill their hiring needs
  • Effectively consult with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers located in Germany to understand their talent needs
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Conduct external searches through strategic sources
  • Compile passive candidate target lists though research, cold calling, phone screens, social and professional networking
  • Participate / facilitate interview for senior leadership or critical roles efficiently
  • Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Manage candidate assessment process; evaluate skill level, oversee background / reference checks and any necessary testing, etc.

Required Skills:

  • University (BS or Master) degree;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in house and / or in a recruitment agency /HR experience
  • Fluency in English and German languages
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Ability to utilize market research tools and techniques
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
